The hotel building was built in 1985, it is one of the most beautiful hotel residences in the ex Yugoslavia, and over time it became one of the symbols of Tuzla.

In August 2022, the Hotel was taken over by a new owner, and the Grand prefix is added to the name, and a new management is hired with the task of restoring the Grand Hotel Tuzla to its old glory.

Currently, the hotel has 43 renovated single and double rooms, 8 small and large apartments.
